The KD Trey 5 II China Pack is set to release on Thursday September 18th. I know what you’re thinking, “What is this new KD Trey 5 and how is it on a second revision when I’ve never even seen the first one?” Well it’s not new obviously, the Trey 5 has been around a while in Asia where it’s gained a bit of popularity. Much like the LeBron Ambassador and, previously, the Kobe Venomenon, the KD Trey 5 never made it to the United States.
Now on 9/18 we finally get a chance to cop a pair as the Trey 5 hits the US. Here are some early links. As always we will add more as we get them.
Also Releasing on 9/18 is the Air Max Burnished Pack. Originally they dropped 2 weeks ago overseas, now Nike will release them exclusively at limited boutiques and Nike.com.

On Tuesday September 16th, 3 days after the release of the WTL11, many sneakerheads got unexpected news. According to multiple reports on twitter, many customers have had their pair of the What The LeBron 11 canceled or delayed by Nike, Finish Line and NBA Store.
According to the emails from Nike, this was due to overselling, or the practice of selling more stock than you have. Due to the error, it seems Nike is giving affected customers 20% discount coupons to compensate them for the disappointment.
Finish Line has, as usual offered no explanations or compensation for their canceled orders.
The NBA Store has reportedly canceled some orders, some customers are also getting shipping delay emails leaving them to wonder if they will ever get their kicks.
If you placed an order for the WTL 11 and haven’t gotten a verified tracking number yet, you should log into your account and check your order status. Either way one thing is certain, there were less pair of What The LeBron 11 than we originally thought.
BAIT, the Los Angeles based sneaker boutique, is teaming up with Saucony again for a third installment in their “Cruel World” series. The cruel world series are vegan friendly versions of Saucony’s iconic Shadow Original. Proceeds are donated to different charities for each release.
The original Cruel World was released in December 2013 and benefited “A Place Called Home” that benefits and educated youth in Los Angeles.
The Cruel World 2 released in April 2014 did the same for the American Cancer Society.
The Cruel World 3 will release September 27th and proceeds benefit the Natural Resource Defense Council, a program dedicated to fighting climate change and protecting the earth’s natural resources. Due to the nature of the beneficiary, BAIT has dubbed this color way the “Global Warming”. Without a cork insole and the new unique tongue, the Global Warming is a strong departure form it’s two predecessors.
You can pick up a pair at limited Saucony retailers on 9/27, or enter a raffle now on BAIT’s website for a chance to secure a pair prior to launch.
