The Jordan Retro 1 OG “Shattered Backboard”, a sneakerhead favorite colorway, is returning next month with the satin makeover. Last year Jordan dropped the Royal colorway, the year before it was the the Satin Bred. These Satin releases were extremely limited, in-store-only and coincided with their respective colorway releases. 2018 will get the SBB in Satin with a much broader drop, and there’s no word on a reissue of the original leather version.

Aside from a different release method, the Satin SBB will launch exclusively in Women’s sizes. Jordan seems to be upping the ante on their women’s releases. The SOH pack and Vachetta Tan 12’s seem to have marked the start of Jordan launches targeted exclusively at the Women’s market. You’ll get a chance, slim as it might be, to cop a pair on May 5th 2018.
