Air Jordan Retro 9 "Baseball Glove" Release

Jordan Brand is rolling out something unusual. The Air Jordan IX Retro “Baseball Pack” consists of two colorways chronicling Michael Jordan’s baseball career. The black “Barons” colorway and brown “Scorpions” colorway display Jordan’s team number on the heel respectively.

The premium leather upper, string leather laces and stitched accents give the Retro 9 a baseball glove look. Altho this release dons the “Pinnacle” moniker, the price hike brings them only to $250, relatively low compared to previous Premium Jordan releases.

What’s truly unusual is that the baseball pack will be sold in a “mystery box”. Inside the box could be the limited “Barons” colorway or the extremely limited “Scorpions” brown leather. With stock reportedly limited to only 2000 globally, this will be an exceptionally tough pickup.
