These are by far the best sleep trackers made. I personally use one and altho the fitness tracker and built in diet/calorie counter is pretty awesome the best feature is the Alarm Clock. It gently vibrates to wake you up when you’re coming out to REM sleep, so you don’t wake up groggy or get jolted awake.
