Keep in mind if you live in the US, Nike EU will not ship to you. You’ll have to use a third party service like borderlinx.com or ukaddress.com to get them send to you. Generally it’ll run you $30-50 for shipping. Unless you have friends/family living in europe who would ship them to you.
You would likely have to pay with a gift card. US gift cards are honored on Nike EU (see their FAQ)
**UPDATE** Nikestore Europe has stated you can not use US gift cards in the Europe Nike Store. The only way to pay from the US is to create a PayPal account using your european address (see above).
