This question is really hard to answer and there are a lot of ongoing discussion about this. Some “fakes” are made in the same factories by the same employees and were just not “authorized” for sale but are just as every bit “real” as the ones that came off the shelf. Some fakes don’t even look like the real thing, and will fall apart within a week of wear.
