The latest addition to Nike Sportswear’s All-Star Foamposite series will be the Nike Air Foamposite One “Northern Lights”. Riding on the heels and hype of the recently released Blue Mirror colorway Nike is hoping for another “must cop” drop fueled by NBA’s All-Star Weekend hype and limited production numbers. The aqua variant foamposite side shell gives a nod to the beloved and mysterious Aurora Borealis. The multicolor foamposite is set off by a clean black sole and trim. Hits of 3M are found along the tongue and pull tab and two color lace tips add finishing touches that set this colorway apart. Perhaps this night’s sky theme is an attempt to go back to the All-Star Foamposite release that kickstarted the All-Star Foam hype, the Foamposite One Galaxy.

This is the latest release in a long history of Northern Lights themed kicks. Recently Under Armour dropped the Curry 2 of the same namesake and just over a year ago Nike teamed up with Premier Skate for a Northern Lights SB Dunk collaboration.

Stay tuned to CTK for release details.
