Back in March, The Under Armour Curry One “Splash Party” was revealed after Steph Curry’s phenomenal performance leading to a win over the Knicks. This Player Exclusive colorway, the immediate envy of sneakerheads, ignited hopes of a public release. Rumors circulated through social media and sneaker blogs for months. Finally, the Splash Party made it’s way onto shelves as part of the Curry One Championship Pack. At $400 for $240 dollars worth of shoes, this pill was hard to swallow. Shortly after the Champ Pack sellout, Under Armour announced as a standalone release of the Splash Party colorway for the usual retail mark of $120, a pleasant surprise for Curry fans and a slap in the face for Champ Pack owners.
