Nike Lebron X Diamond series Lava/Charcoal/Black/Total Orange (Mango) hiphopiop.com

  • Quality: Unknown 5/5
  • Appearance: 4/5
  • Comfort : 5/5
  • The Good: High quality materials (real flywire supports, hyperfuse and TPU wing).
  • The Bad: Dull orange on swoosh. Tongue tab too short. Ankle support uneven edges.
  • The Ugly: Flat laces/should be round with orange tip. Toebox too long.

Conclusion: No manufacturing mistakes visible, and superb materials. This Lebron X is as comfortable to wear as it is beautiful. So far nike has released only four versions of the Lebron X Crown Jewel (Fireberry), USA (Gold Medal), Blue Diamond (wind chill) and China Jade (Cutting Jade). This colorway first appeared this summer is yet to be released and has been rumored to be called “Magma”. Since the details haven’t been released yet, we’re unsure if they will have nike+ support, but leaked photos so far don’t seem to support that.

UPDATE Shoes dropped 12/08/2012 with the official name being “Lava”

The box was a Lebron 9 box with a Lebron X sticker sloppily stuck on there. Being hiphopiop, it’s not like I expected a box to arrive in good shape anyway. They taped bubble wrap to the box, which tore it apart when removing the wrap. Best intentions aside, a sturdier box to ship the package in would work much better. The shoe itself is very nice, looks amazing, feels amazing. The 360 pocket and flywire/TPU make you feel like the shoe was custom made for your foot. True to Lebron shoes, it runs about half a size small. Altho the shoe is missing the phylon midsole it is still extremely comfortable, almost as good as the real thing. Hyperfuse design eliminates a lot of the stitching/painting issues you come to expect when ordering shoes from China, however the orange on the swoosh is a little dull. The silver is gunmetal gray, which is in line with the legit ones. Heel design has the flaming diamonds. Beware replicas with shiny silver and American flags on the heel.

Ultimately at $150 less than you’d pay for a retail cop, these shoes are the most bang for the buck I’ve ever seen.
