The Good: Perfect stitching, good material and size.
The Bad: Scuff on heel, silver pen mark. Side sole paint a little sloppy on the right.
The Ugly: Possible tongue pattern issue, side jumpman a little too small.
Conclusion: Good-Seller.com has again hit a home run with the Retro 7 Gold Medal colorway. They were one of the first on the scene to offer this colorway, and still with much unknown about how exactly they will look, it seems they really got this right. Once again lending support to their claim that that these shoes are made in the same factory as the originals.
The box and retro card are pointless as part of the Gold Medal Package, but the package and shoes arrived in good shape. When I first pulled these out of the box I was surprised how clean they were. Leather and suede were high quality and color was spot on. Compared to my recent retail pickup of the 7 olympics, the size and shape was dead on as well.
Now the tongue size, pattern and lettering are slightly different that most of the sample pictures floating around, however we won’t know exactly how they should look until they come out on the 18th. The closer I’d look at them the more I’d see tiny imperfections, but I wouldn’t even say any more-so that most retail pick-ups I’ve had. Slight residue on the sole, paint slightly off, and there was a scuff on the heel and silver mark as pictured. Really pretty far from a deal breaker, and based on Good-Seller’s FAQ, I’d say these could be samples or b-grades. They’re just too close to the real thing.
At CopTheseKicks, we don’t just review the shoes, we review the experience.
Good-Seller’s self description is “Good-seller.com is a high level online store specializing in supplying large amounts of daily necessities.”
To be honest I’m not sure what that’s supposed to mean. Their FAQ (listed under shipping) does state the items are OEM, wich implies authentic, however my experience says they are stretching the truth here. If that is true, this does support the replica made in the same factory but not of the same materials theory.
The ordering process is simple enough. Free shipping with 5 items. They take credit card. What surprised me is they contacted me almost immediately when they found out one item was out of stock and worked with me to find a suitable replacement. Prompt emails, prompt and well packed shipping, and excellent quality makes it easy for me to give good-seller a 5/5 rating.

The Good: Above average alignment and materials. VERY comfortable, icy blue sole, proper tag placement.
The Bad: Loose threads.
The Ugly: No carbon fiber, wrong heel 23, white insole, Should be noted that jumpman direction (toward toe not heel) and clear toe (should be white not black) are from the OG concords, not the 2010 release.
Conclusion: Absolutely not the product pictured on the website, but it was pretty obvious those were stock photos anyway. The box looked legit, but once you pull out the insert, it’s obvious it’s not original. At first glance, these concords are really nice. Almost had me fooled, and I’m pretty sure you could wear these around with minimal fixes and no one would know the better without a close inspection. You can get away with a hard look but I wouldn’t brag about them. Heel had a slight misalignment, but really nominal compared to most replicas and fakes. Probably the most amazing part of this shoe is how good it feels on your feet. I’d give you a go ahead to wear these in a pick-up game or two. One factor is this is a replica of the 2000 Retro release, not the 2010 release. Jumpman points toward the toe not the heel, and the sole at the toe tips is clear not white.
From the outside, the box looks legit.
The tips of the sole should be white and block the view of the leather.
Where’s the Jumpman?
Here you can tell, what you see is NOT what you’ll get.
The Good: Excellent stitching, High grade materials. Stiff heel, tight tongue snap, nice lace locks
The Bad: Messy glue and misaligned jumpman on heel.
The Ugly: Almost perfect except for the Jumpman logo (should be all black)
Conclusion: The detail level was a mix bag. Box was mashed, but the Retro Card was included. The stitching is near perfect and materials are nice, tongue snap is perfect and tight, however messy glue job on the air window and the jumpman logo on the right shoe was not centered. To be honest, if the heel logo wasn’t so off, I’d have believed these were just b-stocks. Fairly comfortable to wear, but don’t expect any compliments once they catch a glance at the heel. With minor work and touch-ups, these could easily pass.
